Analyzed stakeholders' needs to develop appealing and financially lucrative RFP submissions, and design/build specifications to create and verify project plans. Scheduled and facilitated proposal kick-off meetings for data collection and positioning input, including scheduling of internal debriefs to collect learning and improvement goals for future success. Formatted, organized, and packaged proposals through technical writing, graphic design, videos, QR codes, and marketing analysis.

Wrote and developed internal and RFP specific documentation such as "HB Complete", the "Construction Closeout Process", and "QA/QC Procedures".

Utilized photography skills to create and publish graphics for work samples, demos, posters, and presentations. Attended pre-bid conferences, delivered requests for proposals (RFPs), attended proposal bid unsealing.

Developed and wrote web content such as blogs (ghost writer), articles, award nominations, and community engagement pieces. Attended local charity events, volunteer opportunities, and ribbon cuttings throughout the state to represent HB Construction and our philanthropic goals.

Wrote and won several multi-million-dollar RFPs and "Regional Best" performance awards, including Roswell Civic Center, ABQ BioPark Penguin Habitat, and the Texas Army National Guard's Hondo Pass Readiness Center.
